Credit or debit card details are required to secure your booking. Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract.
If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to seven days before your booking you will not be made liable for charges.
For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling, you will be liable for the full amount.
If you have booked through a third party booking agency (Hotels.com, Booking.com etc) you should cancel through them and their terms and conditions will be applied.
